Hi! I found your blog because I was searching for rhubarb recipes using honey as a sweetener. It looks very interesting, and I think I will visit again. Except right now, your rhubarb cookie recipe doesn't use honey, so I am moving on today!

Nice and easy recipe. I am using it for a ravioli filling and it has a great consistency. Not salty at all. I may finish it with a little lemon juice and salt as a filling (just to add a little salty tart flavor). I used apple cider vinegar and sea salt. I strained it with a tight mesh strainer as the consistency was thick enough to catch everything. I like to know that I always have ricotta if I have milk and APV! Thank you.

I no longer wear watches, but those are nice. They would be a great Father's Day gift. Not a father myself, but I could use one.
